The hotel is nicely decorated with new-fashioned rooms and wonderfully friendly employees. The wide range of excellent food for breakfast is great. They offer good customer service and a shuttle to the airport. Additionally, there is convenient on-site parking.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very roomy.

One reason I chose this hotel was the fact that there was a hot tub available. After checking in we found the hot tub empty! The room was very run down. The toilet was about to come off its base. The room smelled musty. A hotel is a place of rest yet the staff was vacuuming at 7 a.m. and knocked on our door to clean at 8 a.m. Not a relaxing place at all!

My flight was delayed in Cozemal which led to my missing my flight in Dallas so I couldn’t get back to Kansas City and was still charged the full price

The twin/double room was spacious and bright on upper floors. I had a fridge and a microwave oven. It was in a marvelous and unbeatable location adjacent to the airport and the taxi and business offices.

The location of the hotel is favourable, right by the airport, all the attractions, downtown.

The bed was very comfortable and the room had a spacious bathroom, seating area, writing desk, and an ironing set.

Staff location

Had bugs crawling on floors and on me when I was sleeping, woke me up not a good way to get woke up. Gave to the staff nothing was said to me in 9 days.

Conveniently located away from the hustle and bustle, the rooms here are trendy and well-equipped with a spacious bathroom. 🌟

The beds were comfy & the staff was friendly

The toilet in the room was broken loose & wobbled when sat on. The tv appears to be broken & was unplugged. The lights all flickered or were burnt out.

Comfortable and relaxing rooms with a spa tub, TV, and a separate sleeping area - great setup for sure! Plus, the pool area is pretty awesome 🏊‍♂️.

The bed was very comfortable

The pool was closed when we got there but was told we could use the hot tub but they were working on it and it was extremely loud there was no way you were going to relax listening to that. We chose this hotel because of the price and pool/hot tub. The rooms are very outdated!

Location close to the airport was unbeatable. The room was reasonably large and beautifully designed with a jetted tub. Good breakfast and a separate bedroom; had the best night sleep. Liked our great breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausages, and toast. The excellent service and shuttle to the airport far exceeded our expectations.

I felt the staff where not at their best. At breakfast care was not taken to keep things hot and refilled. I was also surprised that the pool was still not repaired since it has been mentioned in reviews for over a year.

The hotel is great, has incredibly nice stuff with several staff members. The venue has spacious rooms with the largest flatscreen TV as well as a separate bedroom. The price is just right - US$ 71.

It took 2 hours for room to heat up from inefficient room unit before it was comfortable enough to fall asleep. Also, searched Platte City and ended up in KC by airport.
